Who is responsible

What we collect

When you fill in the quote request form : your name, your email, your phone number if you give one, and the details of your project — timeline, vehicle, budget and description.

When you book a rental : the booking is handled by Checkfront, which collects the information needed for the rental and applies its own privacy policy.

When you browse the site : traffic data — pages viewed, where you came from, device type, country. Without your consent these measurements are anonymous: no identifier is stored on your device.

Why

Your contact details are used to answer your request and follow up on your project. We do not sell or trade them.

Traffic data helps us understand how the site is used and measure how well our advertising works.

Cookies and your choice

A banner asks for your agreement on your first visit. Nothing is stored on your device before you accept, and declining is as easy as accepting.

If you accept, these tools are loaded:

• Google Analytics — site traffic.
• Meta pixel — measurement of our Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Hotjar — page usage statistics.

If you decline, only anonymous, cookie-free traffic measurement is kept. You can change your mind at any time with the Manage cookies link at the bottom of every page. You will be asked again after twelve months.

Who else has access

We rely on providers who process this data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — hosting for the site and the request database.
• Resend — sending the email notification to our team.
• Google, Meta, Hotjar — audience and advertising measurement, if you consented to it.
• Checkfront — online bookings.

Some of these providers are located outside Québec, notably in the United States, so your information may be processed and hosted there.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for five years after the last contact — choosing a custom build often takes several seasons. After that, the name, email and phone number are erased; only anonymous data remains (project type, budget, month), which can no longer identify you.

Records of customers who signed a contract are kept for seven years, in line with our accounting and tax obligations.

Google Analytics data is kept for fourteen months.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time:

• to see the information we hold about you;
• to correct it if it is inaccurate;
• to delete it;
• to withdraw your consent to audience measurement;
• to receive your information in a common electronic format.

Write to [email protected] : we answer within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Security

Requests are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, accessible only to our team. Traffic to and from the site is encrypted. No system is infallible: if an incident were to pose a serious risk to you, we would inform both you and the Commission d'accès à l'information.
